All of our products are unique and made on customer specification. Color, size and design can be changed at your request or taste. You can also order custom art, simply describe it to us and we will deliver that at your door step. At Francineg.com each and every customer is important to us. We are here to serve you and offer quality customer service!
Payments
Please note that francineg does not always hold stocks Goods ae imported or customised on receipt of your order. A non refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase price is required with your order.
A minimun of 21 days is required to supply your goods because each order is a hand made to your specification.
At francineg, we offer our customers the opportunity to pay by instalements over a period of 30 days. The first payments will be given a reference number that will be quoted for each communication and payments made

Europe and UK - up to 1 kg £8.00 ( £5 for every 1 kg added)
USA/Canada - up to 1 kg £15.00 (£10 for every 1 kg added)
Elsewhere - up to 1 kg £17.50 (£10 for every 1 kg added)
