General

These terms and conditions set out the basis upon Sylvie Magennis trading name as Francineg will supply its goods to you. No variation will be agreed unless in writing by Francineg. Nothing in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.

Data and Privacy

The information collected from you at the time you place an order (for you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be passed to a third party. Please see our Data and Privacy Policy for further details.

Supply

On receipt of your order we will, confirm whether we are able to deliver the goods of your choice. Some of our products may, be available for immediate dispatch. However, display on our website does not necessarily guarantee availability. Unless we have specifically agreed otherwise delivery will normally be within thirty days. If you have an urgent order it is advisable to discuss your requirements by telephone on +44(0)2086841150.

Contact

We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered, to be delivered by your date specified. We will not send you unsolicited marketing e-mails without your permission.

Delivery

Delivery will be by Royal Mail postage service or DHL Carriers or such other carriers as we may determine. You will be responsible for delivery costs and full details will be set out at the time that you place your order. Current prices are set out in our customer service page. Please let us know immediately if goods are not delivered within the expected timescales.

Payment

No goods will be dispatched until monies have been credited to our bank H.S.B.C. We accept payment by:

  • postal order
  • cheque supported by guarantee card
  • payment online through a secure paypal payment process
  • credit and debits cards


Please note that cheques normally take seven working days before funds are properly cleared and that whatever payment method is chosen by you, it is receipt of cleared funds into our bank account that is required before goods are sent.

Return of Goods Policy

If you are not satisfied with your goods they should be returned within seven working days after you have received them. Please ensure that you have paid the correct postage so as to ensure that the goods are returned without delay. The goods must be returned in the condition in which you received them with the packaging and labels intact.

Please note that we cannot accept return of goods that have been made especially for you or for hygiene reasons earrings for pierced ears.

On receipt of the returned goods, provided they have been returned in compliance with these conditions we will make a refund in the manner in which payments was originally made. Nothing in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.

VAT

Currently our goods are subject to VAT within the UK. There are some countries where there will be some excise duty. When shipping via DHL they will apply whatever duties are applicable and if we know about this beforehand we will inform you. Any duties payable will be paid by us to DHL. If these have not been taken into consideration at the time of place your order we will contact you.

Registration

To register with francineg.com you must be eighteen years of age or over. You must ensure that the details you have provided are correct and complete. You must inform us of any change to the information that you provided by updating your personal information.

The content of the francineg.com site is protected by copyright, trade, database and other property rights. You may not reproduce, modify, copy, or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the material or content on the francineg.com site without written permission from francineg.com.

The Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided by the English courts.
